Service Description

LIIT a low impact interval training class. This is a full body workout that uses only your body weight and is done entirely on the yoga mat. LIIT is a Tabata inspired work out which is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to help build strength and endurance. Sneakers are not required for this class! LEVEL: All levels are encouraged to attend! This format allows alot of opportunity to enhance or modify your workout.

Cancellation Policy

HOT 11 YOGA enforce a strict late cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your reservation and cancel within the 6 hour window, it will result in a credit lost.
