* Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. For the safety of our instructors, clients + their belongings, the doors are locked at the start of class

* If you are attending a yoga or sculpt class, please BYOM [bring your own mat]. Our yoga classes are primarily heated so this helps maintain the cleanliness of our equipment. We offer mat rentals for $5

* We offer complimentary hand towels and water in our waiting area
