Hot 11 Yoga is an inclusive community built and created exclusively for you. We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable and sacred space for men and women who are looking to advance their fitness journey whether we are your first stop, or a stop along the way.

Sign up + pay onlineTo ensure that our liability waiver is acknowledged and to save you time at check-in, we ask that you create your account, purchase your package and book your reservation prior to showing up to the studio. This can be done through the website or the app. Download *Fit By Wix*! This app is the easiest way to create and manage reservations.

Arrive EarlyFor the safety of our clients, instructors and their belongings, the doors are locked at the start of class.

Walk-ins + WaitlistWe do our best to accommodate walk-ins but strongly encourage you to create your reservation prior to coming to the studio. All classes observe a capacity so if class is on a waitlist, please hop don't be afraid to hop on! As spots in class become available we will notify you.

Class CancellationCancelling A Reservation: If you late-cancel less than 6 hours prior to class start time or do not show for your reservation, this will result in the loss of a class credit. If you are outside of the 6 hour cancellation window please cancel your spot through the website or app. Contacting KC or instructors through email, DM or text will not be recognized as a form of cancelling your class. Low Enrollment: Hot 11 Yoga reserves the right to cancel class due to low enrollment (2 or less) an hour prior to class if there aren't at least 3 participants signed up. In the event this cancellation occurs, those signed up will be notified, their class credit will be placed back in their account and the cancellation will be reflected on the studios live schedule. Weather: Weather is weird + unpredictable! If we are expecting inclement weather, class will be cancelled an hour prior to its scheduled time. Returns + RefundsWe do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Workshops/Events, Unlimited Memberships, or apparel and merchandise.

Credit SharingAll Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable, cannot be shared with spouses, family members or friends and must be used by the original purchasing client

Do I need to bring a mat?ALL Yoga classes (heated, unheated, and community): Yes, please! If you are attending any of our yoga classes please bring a yoga mat with you. If you're in a pinch, don't worry, we do have a limited number of mats available for rent for $5 (cash or venmo). Non-Heated Classes like barre, pilates, LIIT: Nope! You're still welcome to bring your own mat, just place it over the mat that is already out for you (it'll give you little extra cushion)!

What else should I bring to a class?The studio has you covered for things you'd need in a class like yoga blocks, props, hand weights, and straps. Hand towels and bottled water are also available in our lobby for our clients but you're welcome to bring in your own water bottle or towel to class. Disinfecting wipes are available at the end of class to wipe down any used equipment. Please quiet cell phones and leave them in the lobby with your personal belongings!

What should I wear?Comfortable clothing that you don't mind sweating in. High fives for studio swag!

Personal Belongings / ElectronicsPlease leave all personal belongings in our waiting area. Including but not limited to bags, shoes, and cell phones. We encourage you to eliminate all distractions while in the studio unless it is an absolute emergency. Our lives are so busy each day that it is important to take the time to unplug.

Where is a good place to start?Right here! All of our classes are considered all levels so whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just starting out on your fitness journey, we have something for you. Our instructors are trained in safely and effectively offering enhancements or modifications for every persons practice. Remember, we all started somewhere!

Are all classes heated?No! In January 2023, we merged with our sister THE BAR[RE] and are now proudly offering heated and non heated classes 7 days a week. If a class says *HOT* in front of it then expect that the infrared panels will be turned on.
