To ensure that our liability waiver is acknowledged and to save you time at check-in, we ask that you create your account, purchase your package and book your reservation prior to showing up to the studio. This can be done through the website or the app.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive approximately 5 min before your scheduled class.  Be sure to check-in with the front desk to ensure our rosters are accurate.  For the safety of our clients, instructors and their belongings, the doors are locked at the start of class.

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins but strongly encourage you to create your reservation prior to coming to the studio. All classes observe a capacity so if class is on a waitlist, please hop don't be afraid to hop on! As spots in class become available we will notify you.

Class Cancellation

Cancelling A Reservation:  We have reduced our cancelation window down to 4 hours! If you need to cancel less than 4 hours before class, you can late cancel right from the Momence app (no need to email us)! Please note a late cancelation will still result in a loss of class credit or a fee (if you're a monthly member).  As a reminder, sending an email, DM, or notifying an instructor will not be a recognized form of cancelling your class.

Low Enrollment: Hot 11 Yoga reserves the right to cancel class due to low enrollment (2 or less) an hour prior to class if there aren't at least 3 participants signed up. In the event this cancellation occurs, those signed up will be notified, their class credit will be placed back in their account and the cancellation will be reflected on the studios live schedule.

Weather: Weather is weird + unpredictable! If we are expecting inclement weather, class will be cancelled an hour prior to its scheduled time. Those signed up for class will be notified, their class credits will be placed back in their account and the cancellation will be reflected on the studios live schedule.

Returns + Refunds

We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Workshops/Events, Unlimited Memberships, or apparel and merchandise.

Credit Sharing

All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable, cannot be shared with spouses, family members or friends and must be used by the original purchasing client
