Established in 2020, Hot 11 recognizes how transformative fitness can be for the body and mind, on and off the mat, whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner. We are an inclusive community that believes fitness should be accessible to all. Hot 11 is proud to offer all levels classes 7 days a week.
& WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
HEATED CLASSES: Hot 11 is fully equipped with state of the art infrared heating panels by Heating Green. Think Arizona dry heat rather than Florida humidity. Infrared heats the objects in the room rather than the room itself so when you enter our studio the air feels warm. Once you get into the flow of your class will you achieve the wet sweat practitioners crave in their hot class all while keeping an easy to breeze and clean environment.
UNHEATED CLASSES: You really can have it all! At Hot 11 we understand a heated class isn't for everyone which is why we are now offering our signature formats without the panels turned on. Barre, pilates, cardio & more! Everything you need for your unheated class is available to you at the studio. All you have to do is show up!
