Join us for Unplugged, an all-levels yoga class hosted at Tates in Middletown this January. We’ll begin at 9:00 AM in Tates’ gorgeous upstairs event space overlooking the Connecticut River, flowing together to a thoughtfully curated acoustic covers playlist designed to help you slow down, reset, and truly unplug.

After class, enjoy a complimentary mimosa included with your ticket, and stay to explore Tates’ brunch menu, available for purchase post-practice.

Join us for a deeply calming practice that blends gentle movement, restorative yin postures, and optional acupuncture to support full-body relaxation. We’ll begin with a slow, fluid flow inspired by the element of water and the dreamy energy of Pisces season — encouraging softness, ease, and mindful breath — before transitioning into longer-held yin shapes designed to release tension and quiet the nervous system.

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of balance and ease. This immersive experience will center around seven crystal singing bowls, each aligned with one of the body’s chakras, guiding you through a full-spectrum energetic reset.Throughout the session, you’ll also be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of additional instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, a gong, drum, water drum, and other sacred sound tools. The facilitator will gently move throughout the room, creating a personalized and enveloping experience for each participant.
