About the event
Join Emily of Hot 11 Yoga in celebrating Women's History Month for an all levels flow that will help students feel empowered, confident & grounded in their bodies. The practice will incorporate vinyasa, guided meditation & mantras to foster empowerment. The workshop will be 75 minutes & no yoga experience is required.
