About the event
The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga uses breath work, mantra, physical movement, meditation and madras to awaken your own divine energy. This 75 minute workshop is the perfect way to explore Kundalini for the first time, and is designed with all levels in mind. Spiritual Warrior will be a healing experience of Kriya (physical postures), meditation and mantra. It will be an opportunity to reset, nurture and cleanse beyond the physical body into all that you are. In a time when the collective so desperately needs empathy and healing, Spiritual Warrior will invoke the Warrior within who is fiercely compassionate.
About Traci:
Traci began her yogic journey over 20 years ago, but in the past eight years has made it part of daily life.
