Join us for a 75 minute experiential workshop where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a
guided meditation, a breathwork experience and a Reiki mini-session. Shake-off the energy that
no longer serves you, and support your mind, body and soul in reconnecting with a sense of
peace and balance.
Meet your hosts! This workshop will be led by Laura and Greg. Laura is the owner of Laura Ramirez, LLC, a
private practice located in Berlin, CT. Laura is a certified Life Coach, Reiki MasterTeacher, School Counselor & Mindfulness Facilitator. Greg is the owner of The Nature Within, LLC offering services in Berlin, CT. Greg is a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Coach & Educator.
