Join Miss Benza for Yoga is Wild! Participants will go on a Zoo Adventure, listen to Animal Moves at the Zoo, practice animal breathing techniques, and enjoy a relaxing sloth meditation. Participants will also create positive affirmation bookmarks to share with family and friends!
