About the event
Join Miss Benza in celebrating Spring with her Yoga Helps Me Grow kids' yoga class! Participants will practice Flower Breathing, get into yoga poses while listening to Rachel's Day in the Garden and have lots of fun playing the Yoga Garden Game! Participants will also enjoy a Flower of Belief meditation during Savasana and they'll make a breathing flower craft to take home!
