BEE My Yogi! Join Miss Benza to see what all the buzz is about. You'll practice Bumble Bee Breath, get into yoga poses as you listen to My Heart Flies Open, and have fun with partner and group poses! Then you'll enjoy a Loving-Kindness Meditation with a flower on your belly for Savasana. Participants will make a BEE Kind magnet and yoga-themed valentines to take home and share with others! Let's spread loving-kindness!
