Full Moon Flow (Winter)

Full Moon classes focus on grounding and releasing to counterbalance the high energy of the full moon. This class will begin with guided breath work, followed by a gentle flow to warm up the body and restorative postures with long holds to sooth, relax, and release. During the full moon, the moon is in the opposite zodiac sign as the sun - this class will be inspired by astrological insights for the lunar season, and may incorporate extras such as essential oils or herbal tea.
