About the event
Join Michelle of Hot 11 Yoga for an all levels barre class! Barre is a fusion format, consisting of moves that are rooted from yoga and pilates but we've packed our own punch behind it :) Participants can expect a fun, high energy, full body workout. Class is open to men and women of all ages and the purchase of your ticket includes a post class pour of your choice from the Alvarium menu. Please bring a yoga mat with you.
