Welcome to the YEAR OF YOU Challenge 2023! Signing up to be a part of this challenge was honestly the hardest part, so cheers to you! The purpose of this app is to help keep you motivated and on track throughout these next 8 weeks. We are going to focus on creating healthy, long-lasting and sustainable habits along with lifestyle changes, and most importantly self love. Here's what we're challenging you to .. * 8 week challenge: January 15-March 12 * Complete 32 in studio classes: This can be completed in whatever order you'd like! * 10k steps per day: Keep track of your steps through your iPhone, FitBit, Smartwatch or a good 'ol fashion pedometer * Daily water intake: Increase energy levels, fight cravings, and burn bloat by drinking an appropriate amount of water daily. (You'll even notice clearer skin too!) Take your bodyweight, divide it by 2 and this is how many ounces you should be drinking each day. Add 32 ounces when you incorporate cardio to replenish the water you've lost through sweat Keep in mind .. * This is not a weight loss challenge! The purpose of the YEAR OF YOU is to create healthy lifestyle habits. Fitness will surely burn fat but will also replace it with healthy muscle. So although you may not notice a change in the scale you will notice inches lost!
