Are you looking to elevate your performance and recovery with a specialized 6-class yoga series tailored to your needs? Whether you’re new to yoga, have tried yoga but felt like you weren’t flexible enough, or are an experienced practitioner, this series will help you prepare for race day. Each class will incorporate strength, balance, and flexibility, with a special focus on the hips, legs, and feet. We will have props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters for extra support as needed. This is a class that will be fun, challenging at times, and appropriately paced for everyone.
