Join Emily for a special Spring Equinox workshop to celebrate the new season & connect with Spring's themes of beginnings + renewal. Class will start with an invigorating practice of yoga & meditation, followed by guided journal prompts to close. *Students should bring a journal/notepad & something to write with.
