Service Description

Exercise during pregnancy is important and so is community. Our classes will center around presence, physical alignment and playfulness as we move through the poses. A mindfulness practice teaches us to relax, to release expectations and accept what is. The poses serve to strengthen, energize and relax our bodies. Laughter and lightness remind us not to take it all too seriously, but to enjoy each moment. Practicing together allows us to share our experiences and learn from each other. Regardless of how far along you are in your pregnancy, you’re welcome to join us! *We suggest consulting with your OB before participating
