Service Description

Before there was yoga or barre.. there was dance. Join KC for an intermediate contemporary/jazz class on Monday nights for the month of June. Class will consist of a full warm-up with a strong technique focus, a deep stretch and ends with a combination. KC has over 25 years of formal dance training as well as 15 years in teaching technique/conditioning and choreography to dancers of all ages. So if its been a little while (or long while!) since you've gotten back in the studio, this is your sign to join us! *Class is not intended for beginners
