Service Description

Do you like heat? Power Yoga? Music? Deep poses? Yeah you do! Join us for a challenging 90-minute workshop that will stir up your spirit, bring you deeper into each pose and deeper into your breath and focus. In this workshop we will move with intention, build poses from the ground up, and find a new depth in the practice. Whether it's a physical depth in a pose or mental depth into concentration, the combination of radiant heat, music and the strength of body and spirit will show each participant just how much they are capable of on and off their mat.

Cancellation Policy

THE BAR[RE] + HOT 11 YOGA enforce a strict late cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your reservation and cancel within the 6 hour window, it will result in a credit lost.
