YIN YOGA + BREATHWORK

Join Gina for a quiet, meditative, floor-based practice where you will explore various poses and take time to find more mobility and flexibility. Yin encourages you to challenge your edge while also giving the opportunity to find space for deep relaxation. This practice is the perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice. We will accompany our practice with various pranayama breath exercises to release tension. This class is suitable for all levels! Please bring a strap, blocks, pillow and blanket.
